Your body is designed to grow, carry, and deliver new life — and we're here to help you do it with confidence, comfort, and joy. At Cadence Chiropractic, we provide gentle, neurologically-based prenatal care using the Webster Technique to support a healthy pregnancy and smooth delivery.
Common Pregnancy Challenges We Address
Pregnancy is a beautiful journey — but it can also bring discomfort, uncertainty, and stress as your body adapts to incredible changes.
Lower Back & Pelvic Pain
Carrying extra weight shifts your center of gravity, often causing strain in the lower back, hips, and pelvis.
Breech or Posterior Baby Position
When baby isn't in the optimal position, it can lead to longer labor and increased chances of intervention.
Nausea, Fatigue & Sleep Issues
Hormonal shifts and physical discomfort can disrupt rest, energy levels, and overall well-being.
Your Pregnancy Doesn't Have to Be Painful
At Cadence Chiropractic, we believe your pregnancy should be a season of strength, not suffering. Our prenatal chiropractic care is designed to restore balance to your nervous system, align your pelvis, and create optimal space for your baby to grow and move into the best position for birth.
✔️ Webster Technique Certified — gently balances pelvic alignment and ligaments

Frequently Asked Questions
We know you have questions. Here are answers to what parents ask us most.
-
Absolutely! Chiropractic care is not only safe during pregnancy — it's incredibly beneficial. Our doctors are trained in gentle, pregnancy-specific techniques like the Webster Technique, which is designed to support pelvic alignment and create optimal space for baby. We've helped hundreds of moms experience more comfortable pregnancies and smoother deliveries.
-
The Webster Technique is a specific chiropractic adjustment that balances the pelvis and its ligamentous and muscular attachments. This helps optimize biomechanics, reduces tension in the uterus, and allows baby to get into the ideal head-down position for birth. It's gentle, safe, and highly effective.
-
The earlier, the better! Many moms start care in their first trimester to support their body through the changes ahead. However, it's never too late — whether you're dealing with discomfort in the third trimester or preparing for delivery, we're here to help. We also provide postpartum care to support recovery.
-
Our office is not in-network with insurance, which means we don't submit claims for you. However, we can provide you with a superbill (detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We believe in full financial transparency and will always review costs with you upfront — no surprise bills.
